Our Trusted Team

We Are Here For You

Rooted in Georgian Bay

Rooted in a shared passion for Georgian Bay and the Honey Harbour lifestyle, the team was built from decades of firsthand experience both living and working on the water. In 2000, Armin and Annemarie opened their RE/MAX office with a clear vision: to provide knowledgeable, honest guidance grounded in real local expertise. What began as a husband-and-wife partnership has grown into a trusted, tight knit team, supported by dedicated professionals who keep every aspect of the business running seamlessly. Together, they combine deep community ties, hands on waterfront knowledge, and a collaborative approach, delivering a level of service that reflects not just their experience, but their long standing connection to the place they call home.

Armin

Known as “Mr. Cottage,” Armin has lived on Georgian Bay for over 50 years. Marine builder turned top performing realtor, he utilizes his deep construction knowledge and local insight to help clients find and build their perfect waterfront lifestyle. You don’t often find one of Canada’s top RE/MAX agents off the clock, but if you do, he’s probably out exploring on the bay.

Annemarie

Annemarie is a trusted realtor in Georgian Bay and Muskoka. Working alongside her husband, Armin, she combines years experience with a passion for home presentation and a thoughtful, refined approach to every client experience. When she’s not in the office you can probably find her chasing after her 4 grandkids… or Armin.

Sandra

Living on Georgian Bay with her husband, Sandra knows firsthand how meaningful finding the right property can be. Nearly 10 years ago, Armin helped them find their waterfront log cabin, inspiring her move from city life as a special needs teacher to Honey Harbour and a career as a licensed real estate assistant.

Caitlin

Caitlin is a Licensed Real Estate Assistant supporting clients with paperwork, research, and coordination from start to finish. Her positive, detail-oriented approach always ensures a smooth experience. She enjoys the local lifestyle, spending time with her dog and horse, and exploring McCrae Lake.

How We Stay Involved

Being part of Georgian Bay means staying connected to the people, places, and causes that shape it. Annemarie and Armin have long supported local charities, community groups, and events, from Bowl for Kids’ Sake with Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Simcoe to being a primary sponsor the Georgian Bay General Hospital Golf Tournament and other gatherings that bring the community together.

Their involvement also includes initiatives like the Pink Dinghy Poker Run for breast cancer, the Honey Bee Festival, Georgian Bay Biosphere, the Mayor’s Golf Tournament, Life 4 Kids, and Children’s Miracle Network, helping raise funds for SickKids. These are longstanding efforts that reflect the character of the Bay and the people who care for it.

Staying involved is simply part of being here. It keeps them connected to the community and mindful of the responsibility that comes with it, including being good stewards of the waterways and natural habitats that define Georgian Bay.
